Zoey's Closet Creations provides Event Designing & Rentals and customized party/home decor. We service the North & South Carolina region with personalized events. No event is too big or too small for ZCC to handle. We will make every effort to bring your vision to life.

Policies at Zoey's Closet Creations
Our processing time is 5-7 business days. All custom items require additional processing time, listed on the item(s) the customer desires. All sales are final and non-refundable. We ship all our orders with USPS Priority Mail. Due to the current shipping delays with USPS, items may not be delivered at the desired date. Once items are shipped, ZCC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
For all custom items, proofs will be sent to the customer's email address provided at checkout within 5-7 business days. Once proofs are sent, it is then up to the customer to approve each proof before processing of each item(s) begins. The customers' responsibility is to ensure that everything is correct to the customer's desire once proofs are sent. Once approved, no changes will be made. If any errors are noticed after fulfillment, this does not constitute a refund or receipt of another product. Please respond to the email if you request any changes to be made. If you approve the proofs, reply "I approve," and list the item(s) of approval.
